This could be monumental!!  I have repeatedly called for biased judges to be removed and penalized for allowing their bias to influence Constitutional decisions!!

 

This is a long running and systematic practice of judicial misconduct and, while judges don’t like to censure other judges, this is one case where censure is the ABSOLUTE LEAST  they deserve!!

 

A review and reversal of hundreds of decisions SHOULD BE done and any evidence of collusion with ANY organization should be thoroughly investigated and if proven, should result in removal from the bench and prosecution, conviction, and incarceration for those responsible!

Let's hope. I knew that the 9th is stacked against civil rights,  I didn't know that it went back that far.

Unfortunately, I have my doubts that anything will happen to the 9th. With 132 years of history, they will drag it out forever "gathering the evidence". But we can hope, I hope.

It could be wished that some of these ultra biased individuals would see the writing on the wall and decide to vacate their positions!!!

 

A wonderful domino effect would be for this to cause at least a partial collapse of the anti-gun matrix that has held the western states in thrall for decades!!  Colluding legislators and anti civil rights organizations could be implicated as co-conspirators! The prospect of exposure and prosecution could be more than they are willing to risk!!

 

I know that this is unlikely, but one can hope!!

I think I would pee myself to see Bloomberg, Soros, et al thrown in prison along with the 9th judges for conspiracy of tyranny.

They’re also generally cowards who will duck and cover when it’s their ass in the sling!!
