John Kloehr Posted December 16, 2025 Posted December 16, 2025 This went to SCOTUS conference once, and Maryland was ordered to respond a week later. Maryland initially had waived response. This is a pro se litigant. That means no money and no lawyer, rolling her own appeal to the Supreme Court. Well, word of this case spread and there are significant new developments. Rather than lay them out myself, I invite you to take 10 minutes and watch how Charlie Kirk explains the case. When I first looked at this pleading some weeks ago, I gave the case two chances for cert, those being slim and none. And slim was only because this case has good facts. I now increase that pessimistic outlook. Best outcome from this one could be court-ordered national reciprocity. 2 1 Quote
Blackwater 53393 Posted December 16, 2025 Posted December 16, 2025 I’m contacting my two senators and the state’s AG to encourage them to sign on to these briefs!! This is a nearly perfect case for a positive decision on reciprocity!! 2 Quote
