That’s Ellie Kemper who played the receptionist in the later seasons of “The Office”. I mute all TV commercials and haven’t noticed who or what she’s shilling for. I liked her character on the TV show.

Based on your reactions, I think it flashes back to "There is no bad publicity".  Spared, haven't done TV since I moved to the ranch in '06.  Nearly as good a decision as the move.

nope - your not the only one - she gets to my wrong side without doing or saying  anything wrong , i suspect that is why they research this kinda stuff - we may be some of the few that dislike her , there may well be a lot that do so maybe theres something wrong with us ?
