Just checked out Scarecrow and Mrs. King (I'm going back over some old TV series to see if they are anything worth watching.) and remember loving Kate Jackson way back when she was Danko's woman in The Rookies.

Not startlingly beautiful, she had a "presence" about her that simply grabbed me and reeled me in.  It still does.

not my favorite angle but she did have a presence , she was better in some of the other rthings she was in when she was a stand alone , i believe she was a great actress , i didnt care for some of the characters she played ,

They were all good looking but I’d have to go with Farah 😍

i was always inclined to jaclyn smith myself but fond of farah

Jaclyn was too scrawny for my taste and Farah was too flashy, almost a cartoon look.

Kate looked more like the "real" girls I knew and acted like them. too.  She just boiled over with personality.

I REALLY WISH THAT otto WOULD LEARN THE WORD NOTICE.

I know this (NOTICE, NOT KNOW THIS - IMBECILE) my tastes have changed over the years.

When the show was on I liked Kelly.

Few years later, in reruns, I preferred Jill.

When I bought the discs a couple of years ago, I discovered that Sabrina was more my taste.

But the other three - Kris, and I don't even remember what the other two girls' names were - never did anything for me.

What part did she play in Cagney and Lacey? I know she was neither one of them. One was a blonde and the other was Tyne Daily.

Although there is a little bit of relation - you know, like four degrees of Kevin Bacon? Tyne Daily is, or at least was, married to the guy that played Terry Webster, the black cop on the rookies, where Kate was Mike Danko's wife.

She had her own show. Some kind of spy thing. Working with the cops or with the CIA or with the FBI. Something like that.

Scarecrow and Mrs King.
