It had me until I got to "low flying  rotary-wing aircraft."  Whoever made it up did a great job by using all caps and proper, or proper sounding,  language.

Years after the Carol Burnett Show went off the air. Carol was asked about Tin Conway. She replied that you could tell when he went to his ad libbed insanity, that the rest of the staff's faces would just freeze as they knew to hold on and hope they could keep a straight face through his riff. If you watch the Elephant Story, you can see where they all realize that he has left the rails.

OK , this was one of the funniest bits i ever saw on TV short of jonny carson and im surprised he didnt do it except that his staff was better than the mythical WKRP staff , i liked the show and this was a highlight of the series
