Thanksgiving dinner

I got a call about two hours ago from the wife of some friends who have invited me for dinner.  I confirmed that I would be there and asked if I could bring anything.  She said "just yourself."

 

I told her that would be easy because I never go anywhere without myself.

 

Her husband just called to ask what I had said to her.  Seems that she is still laughing about that and he was called on to make his own supper.

 

I didn't think it was all that funny.
