Blue New Vaqueros 44spl 4 3/4 Barrel (SOLD)

I have a set of 44 spl blue New Vaqueros for Sale. The have very smooth actions and have been gone thru by a SASS gunsmith. They have the free spin pawl in them and they shoot very well. These were a Lipsey special run of Vaquero's and they made 500 blue and 500 Stainless if my memory is correct. I have serial Numbers 510-XXX25 and 510-XXX33 (these are only 8 numbers apart). I am asking $1050 each or $2050.00 for the pair plus shipping.. I will have my FFL ship them to your FFL. If you buy both revolvers, I will include a set of stainless steel lowered hammers that can be installed in them. PM me here or post a reply. Thanks. Maddog McCoy

I saw one once in a LGS for around $500 but didn’t have the necessary funds at the time. Got the funds about 2 weeks later and went back there but…..too late. Still regret that missed opportunity. Didn’t know then how rare they were. Been looking for one ever since and am drooling over these but alas, still out of my price range.

I lucked out and found one of the at BPS and as usual those folks are clueless as to what they have.  Basically like new in the original box for $550.  They are marked Vaquero, not "New" Vaquero even though they are made on the then brand new smaller frame, and I'd never seen an original Vaquero in .44 spl so I called my buddy who's my Ruger SA expert and after describing the gun to him he said "BUY IT NOW!!!  AND DO NOT EVEN HAND IT BACK TO THE SALES PERSON UNTIL THE PAPERWORK IS DONE!!!"    He then said that If I decided I didn't want it to put them on the phone because HE wanted it to match a twin he already has...  I had NO idea how desirable the gun was and what they are commanding nowadays.   It's now one of my favorite guns and goes out to play often. 😎
