I had a MKIII Triumph Spitfire and a Datsun 240Z. I'm 6'3" and fit comfortably in both. Though at the time I was no more than 185lbs.

Don't ruin it by showing a picture of something called 45 Long Colt.

That would be almost as bad as showing reference to there really was 45 Short Colt.

Informal name to tell it from the S&W .45 Schofield rounds.  They weren't quite interchangeable

I once tried to get into the driver’s seat of an MG Midget! I’m almost 6’3” and weighed about 235 at the time! It would only have worked if the steering wheel was removable! 🙄🤣

If I say 45 rounds, that means there's five missing out of the box. 38 rounds - 12 are gone.

I have no trouble with people on cast boolits dot com saying boolits ON THAT WEBSITE.

But if they are not on that site they should write bullets.

Because they insist on saying boolits, I find many newbies on various boards that think the correct term for jacketed projectiles is bullets and the correct term for plain lead projectiles is boolits. They use that term, not trying to be cute. Not trying to be smart. They think that's the right word.

That, by the way, is the same problem with beavertail. Beavertail is a specific style of grip safety for a 1911. That's it. If it doesn't have that upswept grip safety, it's not a beaver tail. If the gun doesn't have a grip safety at all, it cannot have a beaver tail.

But I see more and more people referring to the top of the grip/bottom of the horn as the beaver tail. A few months ago I saw an article - supposedly written by a gun writer that knows what the hell he's talking about - about the slightly redesigned Walther PPK. He said they had made the beavertail wider so you didn't get bit by the slide.
