Sarge Posted November 7, 2025 Posted November 7, 2025 I buy the escutcheons and screws from Brownells. They come in 6 or 12 packs. https://www.brownells.com/tools-cleaning/general-gunsmith-tools/shop-supplies/escutcheon-screws/ Quote
Wild Willi Posted November 7, 2025 Posted November 7, 2025 Looks like the screws were over tightened it is going to be hard to remove the escutcheon with out messing up the grips 1 Quote

Then Don't Over Tighten the screw ! Quote
Colorado Coffinmaker Posted November 7, 2025 Posted November 7, 2025 I use to make a sleeve to fit between the grip panels from ball point pen bodies (Bic) to prevent over stressing the panels when tightening the escutcheon screws. Quote
Wild Willi Posted November 7, 2025 Posted November 7, 2025 Best fix is to press the piece back in place after putting some epoxy on the broken out piece the get a thin metal washer and epoxy it over the hole hold this with a clamp until dry 1 Quote
