Was there supposed to be a link? I made assumptions from first post with no other input. Apologies

The only reason drones are seen as aircraft is the FAA is too freakin lazy to regulate them properly. Also, It fits into their future plans to monitor us from the skies.
I had a couple of run ins with drone owners out west.
Here in WV, I will shoot down a nuisance drone in a heartbeat then if I find the owner I become a nuisance to them.

What are the rules for using your own drone as a counter measure??

Ie, my drone drops a net or cable onto the offending drone and brings it down!!  I didn’t shoot at it! I didn’t throw anything at it. I was flying MY drone over MY property and it or its cargo collided with a drone that was in my airspace!!

The offending drone interfered with my own drone in its normal operation  over my own property!
