Seriously, someone needs to teach those Quebecers how to read the signs and drive here in Florida. I've seen several giant motor homes with Quebec tags towing full size pickups doing 50mph in the fast lane of I-95, just this week alone. They refuse to move over for vehicles doing the speed limit (70mph) or greater and get indignant when drivers flash their lights at them. Rant off.

I'm guessing a lot of these folks are season pass holders. It's not their first rodeo. If they truly don't know what it means, they should ask. I would also HOPE they would research the driving laws where they are visiting so they would know you can't camp in the fast lane. It's the law here.

Also reckless driving (over 80 mph) on the highways is a CRIMINAL violation that can result in arrest.in VA and the VA State Police actively enforce the speed limit. Most of us don't pay much attention to the details of the motor vehicle laws of other states and think they are the same everywhere.

It's the law here. I actually saw this on one of those FDOT signs near the Sunshine Skyway a few weeks ago. Last time I was in Virginia, I found out that using radar detectors are illegal in that State also. Just glad I didn't find out the hard way.

If I ever come up on someone with Quebec plates broken down on the road...I will stop and laugh at them and leave them there...
