Howdy. Are there any reloading services / companies out there where I could send my fired brass to have them reload it.

I have abut Dillon 650 and reload for 45 and 38, but I'm just too short of time these days.

I also have a boatload of 32 brass but no dies,

Thanks, Dusty

Another question would be how does CA handle this if you do find someone willing to do it?

Set of dies, under $50 for Lee ;)

You would pay more for 100 reloads then you would for a set of dies to load with the rest of your life .

First I believe there is an FFL you need to commercially reload and sell ammo for profit. Secondly to do that you should have good liability insurance. I've told people interested in getting reloads to shoot that I would help them to learn how to reload, but they need to supply all of the components and do the reloading themselves. I won't reload for them. I don't want the liability if something goes wrong with a firearm.

Georgia Arms sells reloaded cowboy ammo in bulk.  They also take spent brass in on trade, but I don't' think they will reload your specific brass for you.

Georgia Arms

Wow, for factory remanufactured, that's cheap. I've never heard of them. Any experience with them? (Assuming yes since you recommended).

They have been around for a long time.  I bought several thousand rounds from them when I was starting out Cowboy shooting, before I got my press.  They sell a lot of ammo a gun shows.  I've never had any problems with their reloads.   Good stuff for our purposes.

What kind of .32?

My wife has 32 Rugers (but I like to shoot them too). Have shot 32 magnums and 32 long, depending on where they were purchased.

You can't have ammo shipped directly to you in Commiefornia.

But reloading components can be.....

Yes, ammo shipped into California needs to go to an FFL, and I have to pay another fee.   Grrr....

I bought a few thousand rounds of .38 and about the same amount of 45ACP. That was probably around 2015/16. The powder they used in both calibers was extremely dirty. But... every one of them went bang and the loading seemed pretty consistent.

Kinda like Comunisticut (Connecticut).

This is 100% correct. It requires a specific 06 FFL license to manufacture ammunition, as well as bonding and insurance. The 01 FFL license to operate a gun store doesn't cover the manufacture of ammunition. The manufacturing of ammunition to sell at gun shows, flea markets, or elsewhere without the proper license, bonding, and insurance is illegal. That said, it has been my experience, the ATF doesn't care one bit even when the same seller blew up several guns with their reloads.

Don't really know why, but that same 06 license is required to cast and sell bullets.

You can Manufacture ammunition with an 06, 07, or 10 FFL. But you are required to have an FFL to manufacture and sell ammunition.

So, what kind of .32 brass is it?  .32 H&R Magnum?  .32 S&W Long?  .32 Long Colt?
