Dusty boots

A couple of times people have seen me do this after a match and say "that's a good idea."  In the trunk of the car I have a "magic car duster" or "california car duster" pretty much the same thing, basically a treated dust mop with a handle.  Those work great on cars, btw, and doing it before a rain keeps the car looking much better.  Since we are in a years-long drought here in Texas, the ground ranges from dusty to very dusty at most ranges unless it just rained.  Before I get in the car I use that duster to quickly and easily dust off the boots (and spur straps) before leaving.
