Can you imagine if that had been in california?  

 

There would've been fourteen multi-agency vehicles, the dude's mom's car would've been impounded, his gun on the way to the manhole cover factory, and him on the way to the hoosegow.  However, in california, as a de facto member of a "protected minority," he would've been out with no bail before the officer had finished the paperwork.

You've seen some of the press releases i post from the Sonoma County Sheriff and the Santa Rosa Police Department.  10 pounds of drugs, 5 guns, none of them legal in California, no or ridiculously low bail.
