Fire and Brimstone in Paradise 2025

The Paradise Pass Regulators in Etna Green, IN, would like to invite you all to Fire and Brimstone in Paradise.  The International Black Powder Championship, FBP,  will take place August 22-24, 2025.  This will be one you don't want to miss.   3 stage night shoot, a Plainsman mini match, and side matches on Friday, 6 main match stages Saturday, and five more on Sunday.  We will be playing Cowboy Bingo on Saturday evening after dinner as well.  Dinner will be the soon to be world famous 3BG smoked pork chops, baked potatoes, applesauce, dessert and maybe a surprise or two.  Friday's night shoot is always popular with a few things you don't usually get to see during a main match.  Side matches will be speed pistol, speed rifle, speed shotgun, and another one dreamed up by Dallas that will for sure be entertaining!!!  Rumor has it there will be a shotgun given away along with other door prizes.

Not sure about Josie yet but there will be plenty of pale riders. It is a very popular category here.

This match is going to be an absolute riot! If you've never been to Paradise Pass, this is a match that really showcases all the work that CC and his crew have put into building a world class cowboy facility right here in Indiana. We'll have applications and answers to questions at the upcoming Blackout at Stoney Bottom (really excited for the revival of this match by our pal Woody Shootem and his crew), West Side Renegades Spring Round Up (another not to be missed match!), and anywhere else you see one of the Paradise Pass Regulators. Hope to see you all there!

40 cal and above full load black powder. Either shot duelist or gunfighter.

Pale Rider

Pale Rider consists of main match cartridge pistols and lever action rifle of 40 Caliber and above (38-40 on up). For bullet weights of 200 grs or more, a black powder charge of 25 grs by volume (1.6 cc's) is required. For 38-40, a bullet weight of 180 grs is permitted; however, the black powder charge is increased to a minimum of 30 grs by volume (2.0 cc's). 12 gauge shotgun only; minimum charge is 60 grs (4.0 cc's) and 1 1/8 oz of shot.

Pale Rider is shot gunfighter style, although a duelist category may be offered, depending on the number of entries for the match.

@Dallas McBoomboom @Little Iron Lucille @Big Iron Bohannon  is there going to be a swap meet or flea market?  I'm thinking about selling a pair of Old Army's on-site.  I have to lighten the load, it all will not fit into the RV.

Thanks Dallas McBoomboom.  I'm not an experienced gun vendor, but I want to find a good home for a pair of Old Army's.  My wife and I are squeezing into an RV to see the National Parks and join the Cowboy shooting circuit in 2026.  I didn't want to break any club or match rules - and these ROA's need a good home, not just a gun safe.  These are 100% race-guns gunsmithed by Goon Gun Works. They need to be shot fast -  not shown at the BBQ.
