Minor safetys?

So this came up today at a match, and honestly no one had an answer.

 

Shooter shoots rifle, then shotgun,  then pistols.  In the course of fire with the rifle a spent shell did not extract from rifle, rifle is laid down, shooter shoots shotgun a shotgun hull sticks in the chamber, shooter then shoots pistols and finishes stage. Does the shooter get multiple minor safetys or is it just one like procedurals?
