Smokin Gator SASS #29736 Posted May 27, 2025 Posted May 27, 2025 Just saw another of the many videos of a person committing a crime, climbing in out of windows, running, and then as they start fighting an officer but realize they're not winning they proclaim " I can't breathe". This sometimes becomes a problem for law enforcement if anything happens. If a victim is being assaulted by a perpetrator and the victim says "I can't breathe" shouldn't there be extra scrutiny and punishment if the criminal continues his attack? Of course there should be a severe enough punishment even without an enhancement but we know there seems to be more concern for the "unfortunate criminals" by many people then for their victims. 3 1 Quote

Forty Rod SASS 3935 Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Scrutiny and punishment? Yeah, like using my pistol to scatter his guts all over the floor and then taking my time to call the LEOs and paramedics.. Quote

irish ike, SASS #43615 Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 I watch police/Criminal videos on YouTube. There are some standard lines used by criminals. What did I do, I didn't do noting, I can't breath, you racist. Our justice system is so messed up. Woman gets pulled over, license suspended, no insurance, registration expired. Cop asks then tells her to get out. She says no. Cop breaks window "takes" her out. She's pulling, hitting, kicking the cop. And used every line about. She's arrested for all the vehicle infractions, resisting arrest and battery on a LEO. She's let out the next morning. End sup paying a $250 fine. That is complete BS. 4 1 Quote
Smokin Gator SASS #29736 Posted May 28, 2025 Author Posted May 28, 2025 One of my favorites I've heard more then once is "these aren't my pants" when the officer find drugs or other contraband in the pockets. 2 2 Quote

Eyesa Horg Posted May 28, 2025 Posted May 28, 2025 Got an email from POS Senator Bernie Sanders explaining to me why no civilian needs an AR 15. Sent a long reply explaining that what we actually don't need is criminal and a justice system that supports them. I said if all the thugs just locked up, there'd be no need to restrict firearms as the law abiding are just that! Bet I don't get a reply. 1 1 Quote

Pat Riot Posted May 29, 2025 Posted May 29, 2025 I have read that screaming assists in lung function. It helps one to work the diaphragm to exhale air and by natural muscle action, when the air is fully expelled, the diaphragm relaxes pulling air into the lungs. Just a thought. 2 Quote
