Lock-tite on new rifle?

Since when has Uberti been putting Lock-tite on side plate screws?  Ugh!  Red no less.  Had to use impact to break it loose.

Going forward, it appears there’s Lock-tite on every screw.

If I see threadlocker, I’ll use a pencil soldering iron to heat it up until you hear the sealer sizzle. Then it should come out.

I honestly think it was lack of cleaning the bluing salts and the parts rusted together.

It's a warranty thing! If you send it back and they can remove the screws, your warranty is void. Kinda like " if this label is torn"

Specs called for inch lbs gorilla torqued in ft lbs
