Anonymous persons offering unsubstantiated comments and disgruntled former employees and administrators who were removed or forced to resign making claims that have no substance!! Add to that, claims that “laws” are being circumvented and that egregious violations are the only thing that “Zero Tolerance” policiy was used for to justify the disqualification and denial of FFL licensure, when dealers were closed down for nothing more than a transposition of numbers or letters on some form or the misplacing of a comma or misspelling of a word!! They can rub on this all they want to, but in the end, polishing a turd only makes it smell worse!! EDIT: What the writer refers to as “laws” are actually nothing more than arbitrary regulations created by the bureaucracy!! As has been stated by SCOTUS, only congress can make laws!!
