The left does not consider it settled law, two cases waiting for SCOTUS cert now, another coming soon, and others just waiting on the 2nd to presumably uphold bans before they move up. Over a dozen bans in total at various stages of litigation, and more states working to pass various bans in their legislatures. 2 1 Quote
