900 pounds must be exaggerated. 400, maybe. Unless AP uses a different scale…Oh, wait…It’s AP. Of course it’s exaggerated. :lol:
 

Unless that dolphin they’re showing is just a stock image.

This image that appears in Slim’s link is no 900 pound Dolphin, hence my comment about AP News.

I agree and it does not look to be a bottlenose or 9-11ft.

biggest thing i ever had jump in our boat was a three pound bass that jumped in our canoe 

 

came back to add that it was what we were fishing for at the time but neither of us expected that we were both paddling at that time, in a rapids , our poles were stowed at that moment , but it was a nice smallmouth
