I Don't actually know who to refer you to.  However, Shotgun Boogie has a rather nice "Tune-Up Kit" for the Miroku.  Also don't know if anyone is offering a reduced Main Spring.  You might want to give Shotgun Boogie a look though.  His kit looks to be "remove and replace."
