Once they got to the ND's around the set, it would have been nice to have documented them more completely, and then got to the meat of the actual disaster! And I still have a question about what the FBI may have done during their testing of the gun, if anything! And is there a failure mode that could have caused the AD, even though he swore he didn't pull the trigger? My thought is the possibility of the edge of his trigger finger having contacted the trigger, or he possibly had it enough inside the guard to have touched the trigger. And, of course, there is the ultimate question of how a live round got into the gun in the first place...for which the armorer was found guilty and sentenced to prison?

How THAT was allowed to happen is what I want to know.
