I read that Reeves had some kind of interaction with a fan. Afterwards he realized that the person wanted an autograph. He bought an ice cream cone from a nearby vendor. He took the receipt and signed it and walked back over and gave it to him appologing for not figuring it out initially.  Tossed the ice cream in the trash.
