The story, as it reads to me.

Thailand. We got a homeless guy with a dog. And every night they stay at this 7-Eleven. Then one day there's just the dog at the 7-Eleven. There's a sign next to the dog saying what it can and cannot eat.

The dog's owner got taken to the hospital. The guy that runs the 7-Eleven is taking care of it.

The owner dies. And the dog is waiting patiently at the 7-Eleven for his owner to come back.

The story goes viral. People come from all over the town to the 7-Eleven to pet the dog and play with the dog and feed the dog.

And some of them even take the dog home. But the dog always leaves and comes back to the 7-Eleven. Because he's waiting for his owner.

The princess of Thailand here's this and she says that she will take the dog.

And everybody is so happy. The dog will now have a good home and never have to worry.

And the dog is sitting there wondering why he's been kidnapped, and plotting how he can escape to get back to the 7-Eleven where his owner will eventually come back.

That last paragraph is not in the story. But that's the way I see it. If several other people have tried to take the dog home and give him a good home and he always left to go back to the 7-Eleven - he ain't going to be happy at the palace either. He will want to go back to the 7-Eleven but they won't let him.

And that's a happy ending
