Judge Injury, SASS #65441 Posted February 2 Posted February 2 I hope that this is allowed here. If not, moderator please email me. Thanks. I've been away for a while. Hence, I'm out of touch. (As if I was ever really in touch. Doh!) I'm looking for a good reliable gunsmith in Middle Tennesse. When I was living in The Montana Territory, I used Tom Sargent. But, now that I've relocated my bloated carcass down to the Hills of Tennessee, I don't know who to trust with my Colts. Specifically, what I'm looking to have done is to change the barrel on one of my 45 Colts back to it's original barrel. I know it's not a big job, But it's not something I feel comfortable doing myself, especially asI turned 70 not too long ago. If you can help an old cowboy out, please send a DM, email, or answer here. Thanks a Lot, Judge Injury Remember, Old Cowboys Never Die. We just smell that way. Quote

Diamond Jake Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Howdy Judge! Welcome to Tennessee. Not sure where you're located, but there are some excellent SASS Chapters here. I shoot with the Wartrace Regulators the first and third Saturdays of the month. The TN State is also here the first weekend in June. My BIL lives in Park City MT, and I spent a few weeks there last summer, including a night in Ennis. Maybe we can trade stories at a match soon. Quote
