Or they had already filmed the scene before he died. These movies are put together like Legos, where scenes are all shot at the same time for sequels. Saves a lot of money.

Nor CGI; per IMDB it was his last role before his unexpected death.

thats sad , i liked him , ill watch , seen all so far and although i dont rewatch them i found them entertaining first viewing ,
