Where can I find the criteria for putting on a BAM, Teddy Roosevelt and Doughboy matches?

It's all in the brand new WB Shooter's Handbook HERE .

BAM rifle requirements are spelled out, but nothing on how the match is set up or shot

As a side match, it is the Match Director's discretion. Here is where making some contacts on the WB Wire can help.

We use our “Cody Dixon” targets 2 or 3 at each stage. Generally try to follow the main match sequence with the rifle. Usually 5-6 rounds. Depending on your stage layout, may not be able to shoot the rifle from same location as the main match does. We hosted the Texas State WB match last year, went smoothly. And TR/DB were both well received with several shooters in each.

and FWIW the Texas Riviera Pistoleros will again be hosting the Texas State WB match, 5th weekend in March. Come on down & join the fun!

Check out www.thss.org.  They have a tab for rules that outlines how they run Cody Dixon and THSS Wild Bunch.  That may give you some additional info for a place to start.  We use the Cody Dixon rules for BAM, just using different rifles.  They usually only shoot 6 rifle rounds and then the pistol and shotgun are the same as the main match.  Wild Bunch is, of course, different utilizing a 1911 and a revolver.  As noted above, it's really just a side match, so you have a lot of leeway about how to run it.

One tricky scenario you will need to account for is if you have a stage where non big bore shooters use both pistol/rifle on shared targets, such as a long progressive or continuous sweep.  You will need to write the stage so that the DB/TR shooters know which targets to engage with pistol before shooting the further targets with the TR/DB rifle.

Also, as Hoss pointed out, make sure you know the range/stages well so that you ensure the shooter can clearly see the further targets from the rifle position.  We have our targets poked back in the brush/trees, so there are a couple stages where we have limited positions for TR/DB shooters can shoot the rifle from.

Another consideration is there will likely be less larger/further targets on a stage than the WB rifle/pistol targets.  So, trying to have similar rifle sweeps can be a challenge.  For example pistol may be 2-3-2, so you could might want to write 1-3-1 for the TR/DB rifle to keep within the 5-6 round average and still be 'close' to the same sweep as the pistol.

The firearms info, loading details, etc are all in the WB handbook.

The real challenge is when you have to write one match that includes Cowboy, WB, Cody Dixon, DB/TR and Sharpshooter scenarios using the same stages/targets with mixed posses.  :D

https://www.thss.org/    Select Rules for the rules for Cody/Dixon and Sharpshooter. They are pretty much a TEXAS thing.
