Lawdog Dago Dom Posted January 28 Posted January 28 The Missouri Second Amendment Preservation Act was struck down by a federal court last year. An amended version is now being introduced to pass judicial review. This is the law that prohibited federal access to local law enforcement for help in addressing suspected firearms violations. Blackwater 53393 Posted January 28 Posted January 28 I’m hesitant to sign such a petition. Non resident signatures could jeopardize the validity of any petition, depending on the legal qualifications of residency of the signatories.
