I don't know which one of you Yankees did this. And when I find out - boy are you going to get it.

Yes I'm blaming Yankees. Somebody up there left their damn door open, and the cold air got out.

And everybody knows that heat rises. Cold air SINKS. So as soon as it got outside the door it started going down. Towards the South.

It probably hitched a ride with some of those “snowbird” Yankees that wander down there every winter!! 🤣

You can trust a Yankee with your Children and pets.

You can trust a Yankee to be a pretty good shooter.

And you can trust a Yankee not to feed your pet alligator.

BUT....... ya can't trust a Yankee to 'watch your beer'

and you surely can't trust a Yankee to keep that dang white stuff in their own back yard.

..........Widder (sometimes, we get that Yankee curse down here in TN)

It could be worse...could be a hurricane. At least the snow will melt, it'll warm up and you still have power!

At least with your weather, folks are too scared to get on the road.  It took me better part of two hours to make a 20 minute drive home because the idjits forgot how to drive in the wet......

Just received an official text from the county. Roads and bridges are closed to everything except emergency vehicles.

I was just out taking the dog for a drain, and in the street it came up over my ankles. That's pretty deep. That's pretty deep for us, anyway.

Who wasn't just that it was all the melted snow. And when you pour hot water on snow it turns into water.

Dang Deacon. I'm glad you thought that was funny. Because otto messed with it so much, I can't even tell what I originally wrote.

Fill up a small, clear jar with snow. Take a picture of it. Then put it on Ebay as Authentic Florida Snow From Historic Snowstorm of 2025. Then just fill up jars with water and ship 'em out! Probably get $10 a jar + shipping.

I recently read that a snowflake takes an hour to fall to the ground as they only fall at 1.5mph.

It is 64 and sunny here today.

I figure it is SO cold in Florida now, the club girls have to put on their long beads.

Seriously, I do hope your citrus crops survive.
This bit of Canadian cold weather will pass, but citrus damage doesn't.

Actually, cold weather will make citrus taste sweeter so long as it doesn't experience freezing weather. I've heard that all of my life but really wouldn't know as I'm not a citrus product lover.

My house is on the south side of the street. The sun is in the southern sky. That means that the house across the street had all the snow in his yard melted. But my house cast a shadow on the yard and I still have four inches of snow.

I went out with a shovel and I busted up the ice on my driveway, in front of my front door. Scooped it up and threw it out in the yard. Shoveled a pathway to dry drive. And I could actually walk without falling down. But trying to walk on that inch and a half sheet of ice - boy howdy that wasn't fun.

Snow has been real mild this year here. By now I usually have the town plower come in with the wing plow to push the bank back along my driveway. This year, right now, I only have an 8 inch high bank! Couple months to go though!!
