Combined with a large population living in the far north, where is tends to be dark a good portion of the year. Things like this are bound to be captured on video. Northern Canada on the other hand, has few people and even fewer dash cams so these events are never reported. 1 Quote
Cypress Sun Posted January 15 Posted January 15 Could be Russian propaganda, they probably shot down another airliner. 2 Quote

It’s just a hard thing to visualize so I added the data. Siberia is generally figured to be everything east of the urals as it was in the 17-19th centuries. If you actually go there and ask “what’s Siberia?” It’s much harder to get an accurate answer [that does seem to be the Russian way, doesn’t it?] rathole here… just to give an idea of what it’s like there. outside of the big cities, most folks have outhouses. 2 Quote

I see. Thanks. I found something interesting. Then I found this: It seems like there are differing ideas on that territory. Edited January 15 by Pat Riot 2 Quote

There are a few trains with accommodations. But the Russian way seems to be bring your own food and alcohol and no showers for seven days. Edited January 15 by Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984 2 2 Quote

The expats I knew who left as children, taken out by their parents, in the 1920s and 1930s were quite nostalgic for Holy Mother Russia. The ones I know who left as adults in the 1990s had mixed feelings. They loved Russia, hated the Soviet Union, and were fearful of the near anarchy and criminal rule after the collapse of the Soviet Union. 1 Quote
