I feel like this may be a bit of a long shot.  But, you'll never know if you don't ask.

Looking for a pair of Ruger Single Sixes in .32 H&R for the cowgirl in my life.

Hoping to find someone with a pair in the safe they've been thinking about letting go, or, who's partner, kids, grandkids are not using any longer.

Prefer Stainless.  Prefer plow handles, short or standard.  Prefer minimal tuning, honed, smoothed, reduced springs, half cocked.  Would prefer they still have transfer bars.  But, willing to consider the alternatives.

Willing to pay kindly and cover ffl-ffl shipping fees.

PM me if you think you can help.  Or, know of someone who might be able to.

Many Thanks, Dry Powder & Warm Barrels,

Longfoot

You are starting a couple months late.

In the last few months I have seen at least 2 (and my faulty memory keeps whispering 3) pairs up here on the wire.

I never saw if any of them sold but it wouldn’t hurt to start scrolling backwards on the pages and look around

I've tried on a few of those and the auction sites.  The last pair on here were FTF only.  The pair before that a bit too raced up (Short Stroked, transfer bars removed).  Had a pair on GB withdrawn by the seller, another set I got beat to the Buy Now.

I figure it's never too late to try.  There will eventually be another set and perhaps they'll let me know.

Fixed or adjustable sights?

There are a couple stainless w/fixed sights on GB in separate auctions - 1080848140 (No reserve), 1082330771 (BIN $925)

Longfoot, where are you located?

I have a pair of these, stainless, 4 5/8-inch, Faux Ivory grips, untouched.  I bought these two many years ago thinking when I got older, I might switch to this caliber.  They have sat in my safe for many years.  I bought them used but in excellent condition.  I did not do anything to them, I did not even test fire them, just put them in the safe.  I missed buying a rifle in the same caliber, which helped me to decide not to shoot them.

2 - Ruger  New Model     xxx-xxxxx       Single Six SSM   32 H&R Mag     Revolver            Stainless Steel

USED        Ruger New Model Single-Six revolvers in .32 H&R Mag, 4 5/8 inch Barrel, High Gloss-Stainless Steel with Faux Ivory Grips, ejector rod and Fixed Sights. Nice revolver, it is used and has been fired, but overall it is in nearly minty shape with very minor handling wear.    $850

I started with 45 LC but during the period that the ammo was not being sold I switched to 38 Spl.  I did not reload so I was dependent on a caliber that I could find the ammo.  At 77 years I am still waiting for the 38 Spl kick to be too much for me.

I have a pair in the boxes (never fired) with (2) different types of grips fitted by Ruger.  They are blued though.

I also have brand new Starline brass - 1k -2k in think but I can confirm.  I bought these for my wife to shoot but it never happened.

I hope you're PM was merely to inform FLR that his asking price is "gracious", and not in an effort to snipe these  🙂

Thanks for the offer.  If FLR's don't eventuate I may be in touch.  Sorry to hear that your partner didn't take them up.  Mine's currently gun sharing my NMV's, but, once she shot a friends SS's she was all grins.  Her appreciation isn't recoil driven, but, hand size to frame size motivated.   She's got tiny hands and the geometry of the small frames makes even squaw grip hammering a lot easier.
