(noon) CST. Please double check your entries before submitting. The application will be available through the SASS webpage or cowboy.okcgunclub.org. We will also be posting a direct link. I’ve heard plenty of tall tales ‘bout this place—ice storms rollin’ in like a wild herd one day, then the sun beatin’ down hotter’n a branding fire the next. Sounds like I best be packin’ duds for all four seasons, ‘cause out there the weather’s got a mind of its own. You can bet I’ll be tossin’ all my rain gear in the saddlebag too. Folks say if you pack it, the storm clouds keep their distance—reckon I’ll take my chances on that bit o’ trail wisdom. 1 Quote

The email said 870 people will be attending !! I'm more than excited - this is my first Land Run, and I'm on a possee with a real cowboy legend ! I haven't had a bad match yet. Yes, we have had some wind and some rain but overall the weather has be pretty cooperative. Bring a rain slicker and a jacket and you should be ok. Now that I have said that we will probably get a blizzard. LOL TM Quote
