I have been making a set with the cheaper resin Ivory blanks and I love it.

Almost done, after I polished them I see some light scratches to sand out and repolish

Thank you, I ordered some more blanks and they were delivered in 2 days.

The first ones I ordered were the thicker option. This time I ordered the 9/16 thick ones and I wish I would of ordered the 3/4 inch ones again.

The 9/16 ones, to me give me too less material to work with but I'll see how they turn out.

It was a lot warmer out yesterday then normal so I set my band saw and scroll saw on my tailgate and cut out 4 more sets, got out the belt sander and sanded away a lot of the material. It is messy but easy to work.
