F.LLI Pietta pump gun, AKA Lightening

I was a a recent trade show and asked about the rumor of a upcoming Pump gun by Pietta. The employee from Pietta did not deny its development but went on to say don't expect to see one until perhaps 2026....In case anyone is interested.

Why bother??  Itza really teeny tiny market.  Seriously doubt Pietta could even begin to amortize development and machine costs.

The ones that run seem to be chambered in .38 Special, 38-40 and 44-40. and I can probably count on one hand the number of people who could run them fast.
