I have a Stetson "Tom Mix" Silverbelly XXXXX (5 X) but its a 7 3/8. Its just sitting in a box in my closet, if you think you could make it work, send me a PM.

If you take some foam strips ( like the kind you put around your AC unit in the window ) you can line behind the inside band to make the hat tighter
