This is what I’m talking about!!  Put it back to what it is intended to be. Use it to track and prevent illegal trafficking!  Use it to coordinate legislation among the individual states so that what is legal in one is legal in all.

 

Make BATFE a tool for legal gun dealers, manufacturers, and hobbyists to rely on for guidance and setting standards for safety and training, WITH a set group of parameters for it to operate within!

 

Restrict the enforcement division to policing illegal trade and activity carried on intentionally by those who would circumvent laws passed by elected representatives.  A tool to interdict in cartel activities and outside traffickers in the “A”, the “T”, and the “E” as well as the “F” in its name!

 

FINALLY! Put people who are actual experienced experts in charge of it and in positions among the several items that the bureau is meant to oversee!

having thought on this a while : 

 

 1 the BATFE has to be rained in , given the long history , of overstepping their authority , disbanding may be the only way 

 

 2 in the process , NFA '34 , FFA '38 , GCA '68 , and the rest need to be thrown out , they should have never been enacted 

 

 I ain't holding my breath for this to be done , anytime soon 

 

 It is all about controlling "WE THE PEOPLE "
