I'm usually 100% in agreement with Phantom on all his posts, but I disagree with him on this one. I like the Mantis system. It will make you aware of how bad you are,  Just use the info to get better.

I'm tainted on this topic. Had a similar life experience that makes me feel the way I do. Was working towards being a professional golfer...back in the day...and started using video (a new invention of the day), to analyze my swing. Got soooo caught up on making my swing the way I had visualize my swing should be that it totally screwed me up. 

 

So yeah, I think that knowing too much info. can actually hurt ya sometimes.

 

But...to each their own!

I was mainly looking at it for my CZ 75 P01 with a red dot firearm since it is DA so I wouldn't have to rack the slide after every shot. It is my EDC and I enjoy shooting it every couple of weeks and thought this system might help me improve my shooting with it. Since it also has adapter for our revolvers and rifle I thought it might help there but wasn't sure since we really aren't trying to hit the middle of the target for every shot. The X10 Elite also monitors your draw and recoil so as Phantom would say a lot of data to digest. LOL It does dryfire as well as live fire.
