We want to thank everyone for coming out to The Western Reserve Fish and Game Club in Niles, Ohio for the Thanksgiving Thursday Work Shirker Open Class CAS Match! A good time was had by all! Lefty Leadshot was our big match winner, first place fair an’ square! Congratulations, Lefty! Lenny James finished strong in second place and Slow Mo Dern won third place. Thank you everybody for all your help making this Thanksgiving Day match a success! Our next match will be on Saturday December 14, 2024. Visitors and spectators are always welcome. Wear adequate safety glasses or shooting glasses and adequate hearing protection such as plugs or muffs. Safety every time, that’s us! Come give Cowboy Action Shooting (CAS) a try; you won’t find a friendlier bunch of folks to hang out with for a few hours on a Saturday or Thursday. Get in touch with Slow Mo Dern. We use only approved cowboy loads, low velocity, and lead bullets for rifle and pistol. The club provides 12- and 20-gauge shotgun shells, custom made for shooting indoors. Come out to Niles, Ohio and have some fun, you know you want to! If you want to use .22 caliber rounds, it would be all right.
