Blackwater 53393
Hopefully, the legislature will pass law that bans “gun free zones” in state and municipal managed areas. If the state funds the school, such a board should be recognized, but should NOT have the final say! Quote Link to comment
John Kloehr
In Tennessee, public university students and visitors can not carry on campus. They can leave firearms secured in their vehicles and not visible from outside the car. Employees can carry with a few requirements and exceptions. They must have an enhanced permit, they must carry concealed, and they must notify local law enforcement of the intent to carry. The school can also not require a non-security employee to carry. Employees can not carry at school sporting events, in hospital buildings, any human resources/employment related meeting, or while taking a class at the school. These are the key points, not digging into deeper details. Quote Link to comment
