Pam Bondi will say or do anything to further her political career. She's not as bad as Charlie Crist (the snake) but she's not far off. IMO, She can't be trusted.

 

Trump has chosen some good people for his cabinet...and some that shouldn't be permitted to be anywhere near positions of power (think Gaetz). He seems to be installing some real bootlickers in several cases. Bondi is one case.

Is it because she was the FLA AG and Trump feels some kind of allegiance to her? Anyway, her stance on the 2A needs to be grilled on by the Senators during confirmation hearings.

Trusted? Probably not. Relied on? Probably yes. She has a solid history of delivering per commands.  In Florida, this meant defending red flag laws as passed by the legislature.

 

I think she will do whatever Trump directs, within legal restraints. Honestly more concerned about Trump, as he put the bump stock ban in place. Of course, that is minor compared to what Harris would have done.
