Alpo's Cool Photo thread got me to thinking about what cool photos other Saloonatics might have taken themselves. No specific subject matter, just photos you have taken that you find interesting or cool. Maybe add a brief explanation of what, when, where. That sort of thing. I suppose I would also grudgingly accept photos taken by spouse, child or family member, so long as it is a personal photo, not professional. Of course, I'll start with what I think is the coolest I've taken.

Light from cut crystal hanging in our window.  It doesn't show in this,  but as the crystal moved on its string that split in two on the green band.

December 2022. I spotted these stacks while riding my motorcycle. As I approached I also noticed the wispy clouds.

Delivering a history lesson to a mob of Cub Scouts, "Civil War Revisited," Kearney Park, Fresno - a bunch of years ago.  The lads were captivated!  :)

i took a lot in the 70s i dont have the negatives nor any reproductions of them now , some ended up published , record albumen covers , and even a brochure for the bicentennial for a quaint little town that once was john waynes home , but nothing worthy of recognition beyond its original intent ,
