Alpo
I was over on YouTube and I was watching a woke video. This white guy - obviously a white guy - is dressed like the Frito bandito. He's got a serape. He's wearing a huge sombrero. And he's got this giant, obviously fake, handlebar mustache. And he's talking to black women and white women. Wanting to know if he was offensive. And they all agreed that he was offensive. Because he obviously was not Latino (you ever think about what Latino is? It would either be italian, because that's where the latins are, or it would be South American, because that's where Latin America is. Central and South America. I don't think Mexico is considered Latin America. So Mexicans would not be Latinos. Just my opinion) he obviously was not Latino so it was cultural appropriation. And it was a terrible terrible thing. So after he's talking to the white and black women, he went and talked to some Mexican men. And everybody he showed in the video (of course it could be just like statistics - if you don't like the responses you don't include them in the video) everybody he showed in the video agreed. What do you think of my outfit? Oh man I like the way you're dressed. That's a cool looking outfit. Are you offended by it? Oh hell no. 1
Sgt. C.J. Sabre, SASS #46770
The sad, miserable people that tend get offended by such things are never the people that have any real concern for whatever they're "offended" about. They are "offended" by these things FOR the people that they think SHOULD be offended by them, but aren't. I believe that they think that the people that should be offended just aren't smart enough to understand the "problem". It's like all the ball teams that "had" to change their names from American Indian names to something else just in case some Indians were to get offended by it, not understanding that the Indians were NOT offended, but usually took pride that their people were being recognized. The descendendants of the woman that played Aunt Jemima were disgusted that she was removed from the brand because they were proud of the fact that their ancestor had been so much a part of both their and the brand's history. Hank Williams said it best, I think, when he sang, "If you mind your own business, you'll be busy all the time." 3

John Kloehr
Offended? How about "thank you." Search "gabriel iglesias gift basket" on youtube. Don't think I can post a direct link due to nsfw rules, I recall he says a few words.
Subdeacon Joe
Mexico is considered a Latin American country. Many people wrongly think it's Central American, or even South American country, but it's North American. Side note: Greenland can be considered part of North America. watab kid
ive always thought of mexicans as either indigenous or spanish descendants , depending on their origins there , i dont know if thats a correct view from their point of view but perhaps ill ask next time one comes to the range - they often do and there are some regulars i get along with good enough to ask a stupid question without some culture BS becoming an issue
