Its been a little better since they started requiring a monthly fee to list items but anyone can pay $6.95

Me, I'm not a scammer, I buy and sell on armslist all the time. Only buy local so you can see the item in person. Not that hard.

Ethan Taylor is the alias of an actual SASS member he is not a scammer. 
 

 What happened is a scammer inserted themselves into a legitimate deal because the buyers email was included in an old post or on a club website. The scammer used this to trick the buyer into wiring money to the scammer. 
 

 Lesson is to use PMs to conduct business and not email.
