My stash is running low so I decided to email Hodgdon to see if and when that powder might be available. This is their response: Thank you for contacting us. Universal along with all extruded shotshell powders are out of production. We do not have an estimate on when they will again be available. We do not anticipate any production in 2025. Bought it a few years back when everything was in short supply. I have used it to load 45 Colt but I don't like how it meters in my RCBS Uniflow. Now those surpluses need to be replaced. Rooster Ron Wayne Posted November 3 Share Posted November 3 I use Unique or Universal Tit for tat . Now both are just about impossible to find anywhere. Thankfully I have several pounds of it . I have been shooting APP FFF as my primary powder now for about the last 10 years . So my supplies are very good for now . I pray once we kick some people out of office in November.
