Copperhead in Australia

Recommended Posts

I just saw a report that a woman  was bitten by a copperhead in Australia,  near Canberra.

Is that the same as the copperheads we have in America  and if so how did it get there? You have enough reptiles without importing more.

The Aussie copperhead is of the cobra family.  It’s a nocturnal hunter.
