Cypress Sun
Idiots. Wear your safety glasses on the top of your head while shooting jacketed bullets at steel targets, on a steel frame (with flat edges facing the shooter) that are 20' away....brilliant guys! Hey voters, look at me....I'm just like YOU! Idiots. 3
Texas Joker
A tannerite is a binary that does nothing until mixed and kinetic force is applied. II what percentage of the voting public falls into the idiot category? Edited October 25, 2024 by Texas Joker

I don't know yet...can't see the results until sometime in November, or maybe December, or hopefully before January 22, 2025.
Subdeacon Joe
The headline is misleading. He didn't shoot the reporter. The reporter was hit by spatter because all the idjits involved were behaving like idjits and doing idjit things. 3

I have never shot it. I have never seen it for real. I've seen it in pictures. I've seen it on videos. But my understanding is always been you have a part A and a part B. You mix the A and the B together and it now becomes a percussion sensitive explosive. But if you have a jar of A sitting next to a jar of B, you could hose them both down with a machine gun and nothing would happen.

Pat Riot
The author Dan Zimmerman posts a sensationalized title then berates the media. The title: MO Senate Candidate Shoots Reporter With AR-15, Pronounces it a ‘Great Day at the Range’ From the article: “We’d never actually act on our bottomless antipathy for smug, smarmy, self-satisfied members of the fourth estate.”
Texas Joker
@Alpo IIRC tannerite is ammonium nitrate and aluminum powder. Both very stable by themselves. 1
