Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984 Posted October 13, 2024 Posted October 13, 2024 (edited) I have a keyboard/mouse tray mounted under a table top so I can hide it away or pull it out to use on the pc. The screws come loose and the tray wiggles a bit. Which loctite should I use? Edited October 13, 2024 by Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984 Quote

Sgt. C.J. Sabre, SASS #46770 Posted October 13, 2024 Posted October 13, 2024 (edited) What kind of table? Metal, wood, or particleboard? If metal, then Chickasaw Bill's advice is good. If wood, you'll have to try something else. A size larger screw comes to mind. If particleboard, you'll probably have to reinforce it first. Edited October 13, 2024 by Sgt. C.J. Tooky Slim Posted October 13, 2024 Posted October 13, 2024 for loose screws, try breaking a toothpick off in the "hole", and reinstalling the screw...maybe a drop of gorilla glue to be sure 1 Quote

Marshal Mo Hare, SASS #45984 Posted October 18, 2024 Author Posted October 18, 2024 Bought two tubes of blue loctite, each .21 fl Oz. After using on four screws I figure I still have a total of .419 fl Oz. 2 Quote
