Group will be hosting the “Scratching Post” QSL Party in the Lucedale City Park on Saturday, October 12th, 2024. This will be a Portable Emergency Radio Communications Set-Up The event will be from 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. We will be operating under the Special Event Callsign of K5K. This event is to honor 85 years of Lucedale’s famous Scratching Post and the objective of this event is to promote the Amateur Radio hobby in our area and to allow anyone wishing to participate to get some amateur radio operating experience.
