Ideal brand reloading tool, marked, "38-40".  Heavy patina, and like many, it had previously been briefly used as a pair of pliers so that mold section is unservicable. I even left some cobwebs and bee nest material on/in it for ambience.  Free to a SASS whomever.

Keeping it going.

.38 spl cartidge belt.  32.5 " to first original hole, 42" to last added hole.  Stamped 42" on the tounge.  Very thin, soft leather, old.  Nickle plated steel (magnetic) buckle, retained by two "staple-style" rivets.  Loops machine sewn.  Brass is unprimed.  Buckaroo cartridge bandoleer?  SASS only, please.
